A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Ottumwa Water Works will be held on, Friday August 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the office of the Ottumwa Water Works, 230 Turner Drive, Ottumwa, Iowa.

1. Open meeting  at 11:00 A.m.

1. Approval of the Agenda

Recommendation - Approve the Agenda

3.         A.  Open Public Hearing on Ottumwa Dam Downstream Apron Void Repair

            B.  Close Public Hearing

            C.  Resolution No. 2 – 2026 approving the plans, specifications, form of contract

for the Ottumwa Dam Downstream Apron Void Repair.

5.         Motion to - Have the engineer advertise for the bids, and open them at our

            next meeting on September 15, 2026.

6.         Adjourn meeting
