The Ottumwa Water Works Lobby is closed. Customers wishing to make payments can do so using any of the following options.

Online

By Phone

  • Call toll-free at (833) 208-7228 to pay by phone.

In-Person

  • Drop payment in the blue drop boxes, located in the back of our Water Works building at 230 Turner Drive in Ottumwa. Drop box payments are collected each weekday by 8:00 a.m.
  • Pay at the Customer Service desk at South Hy-Vee (1025 N. Quincy, Ottumwa.) Payments from Hy-Vee are received by the Water Works office each weekday.
  • Electronic Kisok in front of the building, that accepts cash, card and e check free of charge.

By Mail

  • Mail your payment to Ottumwa Water Works, P.O. Box 20, Ottumwa, IA 52501.

By ACH Draft

  • Complete and return our ACH Direct Pay form to have your water bill taken out of your bank account each month.
